Another first for KFG Kuwait

It’s with great pleasure I would like to announce that Kuwait - KFG has Successfully Rolled out their Foundations Training and Today 12-March 2012 they have first Foundation Phase 2 –Certified Manager in the region.

Congratulations to Kuwait Ops and Training team and special thanks to Aminand Rohan for believing in the program and supporting the program 100% .

The first two RT  of the ME region are Aries and Wagih delivering first two TR in the region BK- Plajat and BK Jaber Al Ali. Many Thanks to the MUM Joseph and Tamer who were actively involved in the complete process of foundation phase 2.

Congratulations to Sameer Abdul Hameed and Essam Abdul Monim for being the first two Foundations Trained and Phase 2 Certified Manager Who now will move to their Home Restaurant for their final Shift Certification and completion of Foundations of Shift Management.

Today the MUM’s did Evaluation on Final Shift and  participated in”Bridge“conversation. After which the Trainees participated in the Online Examination and passed their Online Test with 90 & 91% Respectively. Well done Sameer and Essam !!

I would like to Congratulate all the Kuwait Team for their consistency in the Continuous Improvement Cycle and supporting the Foundations Program 100% and thus ensuring People Excellence ; Ops Excellence and Brand Excellence.
