Launch of ‘Reunion’ for new joiners for continuous improvement

Since the beginning of 2012 all new team members have been invited back to our business support center to review how we’ve been doing as a company, the aims of the program are to :-

  • Have a deeper experience of being cared for and listened to by the KFG organization.
  • Increase commitment and understanding of “Passion for Outstanding Service and Food”.
  • Communicate how their Job Skills Training/Technical experience is going.
  • Have an increased understanding of the Kout Food Groups message through interactive learning activities.

The positive feedback has been inspiring to all involved!
