Responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies for our brands. Increase the Chain market share through the design and implementation of an aggressive marketing plan based on thorough analysis and evaluation of the local market.
- To think creatively and present innovative solutions / marketing strategies.
- To possess a thorough understanding of branding and brand identity.
- To have an understanding of international trends but also highly attune to local and regional culture.
- To develop marketing plans, launch plans and annual operating plans.
- To evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
- To develop weekly and monthly sales brand analysis.
- To demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge

Local Restaurant Marketing
- Assist in training program for Restaurant team
- Highlight Brand strength, weaknesses, opportunities, threats & challenges

- Evaluate potential new restaurant sites
- Co-development and approval of new restaurant signage
- Initiation of signage additions/modifications to existing restaurants
