GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage daily restaurant operations according to company policy and procedures / standards to meet customer expectations.
- Implement company plans and strategy to achieve restaurant sales target
- To execute LSM Activities in the restaurants
- Supervise restaurant staff to ensure proper deployment to meet the business needs.
- To communicate effectively with subordinate, superiors and customers.
- Create a good working environment and maintain staff morale.
- Plan & implement training activities in the restaurant. To help subordinate development.
- Maintain administrative work to meet deadline on reports and efficient inventory.
- Execute company asset control systems.
- Plan short & long term objectives & schedules.
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
Skills
- 2 Year related experience in a similar position.
- Previous working experience in a fast food outlet – Restaurant Operations background.
- Must have the potential to manage both restaurant and staff.

About This Company
Pizza Hut was founded in 1958 by brothers Dan and Frank Carney in their hometown of Wichita, Kansas. A friend suggested opening a pizza parlour, they agreed that the idea could prove successful, and they borrowed $600 from their mother to start a business with partner John Bender. Renting a small building at 503 South Bluff in downtown Wichita and purchasing second hand equipment to make pizzas, the Carneys and Bender opened the first "Pizza Hut" restaurant; on opening night, they gave pizza away to encourage community interest. They chose the name "Pizza Hut" since the sign they purchased only had enough space for nine characters and spaces. Additional restaurants were opened, with the first franchise unit opening in 1959 in Topeka, Kansas. The original Pizza Hut building was later relocated to the Wichita State University campus. Kout Food Group was one of the first in the Middle East to procure the Pizza Hut Franchise in 1982 and has since built a close relationship with the Pizza Hut Group YUM. For over 2 decades, Kout Food Group has utilized astute market strategies to insure that Pizza Hut is number 1 for pizza in Kuwait.
