The Senior field trainer is responsible for all restaurant training activities working toward enhancing team productivity and performance to deliver outstanding total guest experience.
- To partner with Business Leaders/ Area Managers/ Corporate Training teams to achieve company objectives by making Kout Food a great place to work ensuring that Kout Food values and culture is reflected in everything we do.
- Build business capability to win by developing restaurant employees from team members to restaurant managers through formal training, coaching, assessing & engaging them with the brand, their jobs & the organization.
- Work with business leadership to develop people priorities and align training practices and processes that supports the business strategy.
- Contribute to the design, delivery and implementation of training programs for the brand and align with corporate training initiatives that support business objectives.
- Coach restaurant managers, share best practice and influence them to adopt new ways of working in conjunction with ensuring compliance to company policies
- Live and promote Kout values and culture.
- Develop brand training strategy aligned with brand and Kout vision.
- Contribute to the brand overall performance.
- Build a live training and coaching culture aiming to build team capability.
- Ensure the restaurant team execute all require training tasks as planned.
- Help and support the team with all necessary tools and information to perform and execute learnings to standard.
- Ensure learning zone and other training programs are fully supported by Ops team.
- Ensure training calendar is executed and aim toward achieving the overall brand requirements.
- Ensure the restaurant teams are customer centric in everything they do.
